- Age Limit: 26 Years to 36 Years for Others, 26 Years minimum and no maximum age limit for SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s and BCMs
- Education Qualification: Must possess B.L. Degree of any University or Institution recognized by UGC and must be a member of the Bar with active practice in criminal courts for at least five years
- Pay Scale: Level 22 (CPS)
