Indian Army Corps of EME Post Wise Qualification & Age Limit

Lower Division Clerk

• Number of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on 27.02.2026 (relaxation: SC/ST +5 years, OBC +3 years, PwBD (Gen/EWS) +10 years, PwBD (SC/ST) +15 years, PwBD (OBC) +13 years, Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. rules)
• Education Qualification: Pass in 12th class from a recognized Board or University; typing speed of 35 words per minute in English on computer or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer (35 wpm and 30 wpm correspond to 10500/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).
• Pay Scale: Level 2

Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade)

• Number of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 18 to 27 years as on 27.02.2026 (usual community-wise relaxations applicable as per Govt. policy)
• Education Qualification: Matriculation; must have 02 years of experience operating heavy vehicles and hold a civilian driver’s license.
• Pay Scale: Level 2

Vehicle Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) (Skilled)

• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on 27.02.2026 (with upper age relaxation for reserved categories and other eligible groups as per Govt. norms)
• Education Qualification: ITI certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Institute in the respective trade or grade OR Armed Forces Personnel / Ex-servicemen from the appropriate trade with minimum required grade; desirable qualification: National Council for Training in the Vocational Trades certificate from Directorate General of Employment and Training, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.

Machinist (Skilled)
