IDBI Bank Post Wise Qualification & Age Limit

Assistant Manager – Grade ‘A’

• Number of Posts: 200
• Age Limit: Minimum 21 years; Maximum 30 years. Applicant must have been born not earlier than 02.03.1996 and not later than 01.03.2005 (both dates inclusive). Usual relaxations apply for reserved categories as per rules.
• Education Qualification: Graduate from an accredited university. A minimum of two years of post-qualification work experience in a scheduled public bank, scheduled private bank, cooperative bank, or regional rural bank is required. Preference will be given to candidates having prior exposure in branch banking, operations, retail assets, credit, sales, and third-party products or related areas. Desirable professional qualifications include CMA, CFA, ICWA, CA, JAIIB, CAIIB and similar certifications.
• Pay Scale: Rs.48,480/- per month along with admissible allowances as per IDBI Bank norms.

Junior Assistant Manager – Grade ‘O’ (Regional)

• Number of Posts: 1100
• Age Limit: Minimum 20 years; Maximum 25 years. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.03.2001 and not later than 01.03.2006 (both dates inclusive), with applicable relaxations for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD and other eligible categories as notified.
• Education Qualification: Graduate from an accredited university. Candidates should have good knowledge and skills related to computers and information technology suitable for banking operations.
• Pay Scale: Cost to Company in the range of Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh per annum as per bank policy.
