AFCAT Entry (Flying Branch)

• Number of Posts: Included in 320+ vacancies
• Age Limit: 20 to 24 years as on 01.07.2027; candidates must be born between 02.07.2003 and 01.07.2007 (both dates inclusive). Upper age limit relaxed up to 26 years (born between 02.07.2001 and 01.07.2007, both dates inclusive) for applicants holding a valid and current Commercial Pilot License issued by DGCA (India).
• Education Qualification: Passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks each in Mathematics and Physics and (i) Graduation in any discipline with minimum three years degree course from a recognized University with at least 60% marks or equivalent, or (ii) BE/B.Tech degree (four years) from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks or equivalent, or (iii) cleared Section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognized University with at least 60% marks or equivalent.
• Pay Scale: Level – 10 Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500/-

AFCAT Entry (Ground Duty (Technical) – Aeronautical Engineer (Electronics) {AE (L)}

• Number of Posts: Included in 320+ vacancies
• Age Limit: 20 to 26 years as on 01.07.2027; candidates must be born between 02.07.2001 and 01.07.2007 (both dates inclusive).
• Education Qualification: Minimum 50% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level and (i) MSc Electronics with minimum 50% marks with BSc in Physics with at least 60% marks, or (ii) minimum of four years degree graduation / integrated post-graduation qualification in Engineering/Technology from recognized University, or (iii) cleared Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India or Graduate membership examination of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers by actual studies with minimum 60% marks or equivalent in approved disciplines as per official notification.
• Pay Scale: Level – 10 Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500/-

AFCAT Entry (Ground Duty (Technical) – Aeronautical Engineer (Mechanical) {AE (M)}

• Number of Posts: Included in 320+ vacancies
• Age Limit: 20 to 26 years as on 01.07.2027; candidates must be born between 02.07.2001 and 01.07.2007 (both dates inclusive).
• Education Qualification: Minimum 50% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level and a minimum of four years degree graduation / integrated post-graduation qualification in Engineering/Technology from recognized University or cleared Sections A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India by actual studies with at least 60% marks or equivalent in the specified Mechanical and allied disciplines mentioned in the official notification.

AFCAT Entry (Ground Duty (Non-Technical) Branches through AFCAT

• Number of Posts: Included in 320+ vacancies
• Age Limit: 20 to 26 years as on 01.07.2027; born between 02.07.2001 and 01.07.2007 (both dates inclusive).
• Education Qualification: As per Indian Air Force AFCAT 02/2026 notification for concerned Non-Technical branches, candidates must hold required graduation or equivalent qualification from recognized University with prescribed minimum marks and subject combination.
• Pay Scale: Level – 10 Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500/-

NCC Special Entry (Flying)

• Age Limit: 20 to 24 years as on 01.07.2027; born between 02.07.2003 and 01.07.2007 (both dates inclusive). For candidates with valid and current Commercial Pilot License issued by DGCA (India), upper age relaxable up to 26 years i.e. born between 02.07.2001 and 01.07.2007 (both dates inclusive).
