Specialist – Finance Strategy

• Number of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 30 to 45 years (as on 01.06.2026) with applicable upper age relaxations for reserved categories and other eligible groups as per Government norms
• Education Qualification: Two years full time P.G. Diploma in Management (Finance) or full time MBA (Master of Business Administration) (Finance) or MMS (Finance) degree with 55% marks in aggregate from leading Universities/Institutions recognized by GoI/UGC, or Membership of ICAI or CFA Institute with Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, along with a minimum of 4 years experience
• Pay Scale: Rs.24-45 lakh per annum

Specialist – Information Technology Strategy

• Number of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 30 to 45 years (as on 01.06.2026) with applicable upper age relaxations for reserved categories and other eligible groups as per Government norms
• Education Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology from any recognized University/Institution with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or Postgraduate Degree such as M.Tech/M.E./MCA in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or an MBA with IT/Systems focus; desirable certifications include PMP, TOGAF, CISSP, and AWS/Azure; minimum 7 years experience required
• Pay Scale: Rs.24-45 lakh per annum

Specialist – Human Resource Strategy

• Number of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 30 to 45 years (as on 01.06.2026) with applicable upper age relaxations for reserved categories and other eligible groups as per Government norms
• Education Qualification: Two years full time Master’s in Human Resource Management (MHRM) or full time MBA (HR/Industrial Relations) degree with 55% marks in aggregate from Universities/Institutions recognized by GoI/UGC; MBA from a leading College is preferred; desirable certifications include Change Management, Leadership Assessment Tools, OD certification, and HR certifications like SHRM, HRCI, AIHR, CIPD; minimum 4 years experience
• Pay Scale: Rs.24-45 lakh per annum

Specialist – Organization Strategy

• Number of Posts: 02
• Age Limit: 30 to 45 years (as on 01.06.2026) with applicable upper age relaxations for reserved categories and other eligible groups as per Government norms

Senior Climate Finance Specialist

• Number of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: Not above 65 years (as on 01.06.2026) with applicable upper age relaxations for eligible categories as per Government rules
• Education Qualification: Post Graduation in any discipline from any recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 55% marks and minimum 5 years experience in relevant field
• Pay Scale: Rs.4.00 lakh per month

Additional Chief Risk Manager

• Number of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 40 to 62 years (as on 01.06.2026) with applicable upper age relaxations for eligible categories as per Government rules
• Education Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Economics/Statistics/Finance/Business Administration from a recognized University or Masters in Management/MBA/PGDM or CA/CS; desirable qualification includes Certification in Risk Management from GARP/PRMIA or CFA; minimum 10 years experience required

Risk Manager – Market Risk
