NTPC Post Wise Qualification & Age Limit
Engineer (Contracts and Materials)
- Number of Posts: 25
- Age Limit: For UR Applicants – 32 Years as on 25.05.2026; relaxation – +5 Years for ST/SC, +3 Years for OBC (NCL), +10 Years for UR PwD, +13 Years for OBC (NCL) PwD, +15 Years for ST/SC PwD, and for Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. policy
- Education Qualification: B.E/B.Tech Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical/ Production/ Electronics/ Control & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation/ Civil with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution; MBA/PGDBM in Materials Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics & Supply Chain Management/ Operations Management will be an added advantage; Minimum 4 years of post-qualification (BE/B.Tech) executive experience (including training period, if any) in the Power/Oil/Gas/Steel sector out of which minimum 2 years’ experience should be in Contract/ Purchase/ Stores/ Procurement or combination thereof
