Community Bank Coordinator

• Number of Posts: 28
• Age Limit: Must be below 35 years as on notification date, as per TNSRLM Karur rules.
• Education Qualification: Must have passed 12th standard (HSC). Candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in the relevant field/organization. The selected person for this full-time temporary role should not be a full-time staff of the parent organization or any private institution. The applicant must be from the concerned Panchayat or group of Panchayats in the working area and must belong to the target group identified through the baseline survey (if no such candidate is available with required qualification, others may be considered). In case no eligible member is found in the same residential area, a candidate from nearby area can be chosen with District Collector committee approval. Applicant should be able to read and write Tamil and English and have basic maths knowledge. No other family member from the same household should be actively engaged in this project. Where 12th pass candidates are not available, 10th pass applicants may be considered suitable with special permission from the District Collector committee. The candidate must have good communication skills, willingness to travel to villages, do field visits, surveys and loan application related work. Preference will be given to those having computer knowledge, ability to ride a two-wheeler and valid two-wheeler driving licence. Owning an Android mobile phone is compulsory and the candidate must be able to operate it, send SMS, use WhatsApp, and handle mobile applications.
• Pay Scale: Rs. 2,500/- per month as honorarium.
