Community Bank Coordinator

• Number of Posts: 120
• Age Limit: Must be under 35 years (upper age limit as per notification)
• Education Qualification: Must have passed 12th standard (HSC). Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the specified field/organization. The selected person for the full-time temporary position should not be a full-time employee of the parent organization or any private institution. The applicant must be a member belonging to the concerned Panchayat (or Panchayats) of the work area and should belong to the targeted group of people identified through the baseline survey; if no such applicant is available with required qualification, other candidates may be considered. In the absence of eligible members within the residential area of the centre, a member from a nearby area can be chosen with District Collector committee approval. The candidate must have good reading and writing skills in Tamil and English with basic mathematical ability. No other member from the same household/family should be an active member under this project. Where 12th passed candidates are not available, 10th passed candidates may be considered suitable with special approval from the District Collector’s committee. The candidate should have good communication ability, willingness to travel to villages, carry out field surveys and complete loan application related work. Preference will be given to those having computer knowledge, two-wheeler driving skill with valid driving licence, and ownership of an Android mobile phone. The applicant must be able to operate the device, send SMS, use WhatsApp, and handle mobile applications.
• Pay Scale: Rs.2,500/- per month (Honorarium)
