Community Bank Coordinator

• Number of Posts: 97
• Age Limit: Must be under 35 years
• Education Qualification: Must have passed the 12th standard. Must be able to read and write well in both Tamil and English, and possess basic mathematical calculation skills. Must be a female member of a Self-Help Group (SHG) affiliated with the Panchayat-level Federation (PLF). Must have worked as an SHG animator/facilitator for a minimum of 2 years. The person selected for the role of Community Bank Coordinator must not be working as a community-based organization staff member or as a full-time employee in any private company. Must not be a member of a group that has non-performing assets (NPA) / overdue loans. It is mandatory that the candidate to be selected belongs to the respective Panchayat (or Panchayats) where they will serve. Must belong to the target group identified through the People’s Status Survey (PIP). (In case eligible target group candidates do not apply, other applicants may be considered). Must possess good communication skills. It is mandatory to have experience visiting banks, handling transactions, and filling out loan applications. Computer skills and a valid two-wheeler driving license are mandatory. It is also essential to have the ability to send text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp messages, as well as operate applications on an Android smartphone.
• Pay Scale: Rs.2,500/- per month
